Chief Executive Officer - David Gormley
As a pioneer of the Pro A/V industry, David established ADTECH Systems in 1988. With his team of renowned A/V industry experts, he has cultivated the company from an "early-adoption" technology firm into one of the industry's leading - and most trusted - Pro A/V system integrators with a client base that ranges from Ivy League educational facilities to Fortune 500 corporations. Under his direction, ADTECH Systems has maintained an annual controlled growth pattern of nearly 30% and is a $40 Million company. David is a graduate of Bentley College.

Chief Operating Officer - Warren Cunningham
Warren comes to ADTECH Systems with extensive managerial experience in both the private and public sectors with executive roles in real estate, hotel management and public education. Warren's extensive Pro A/V background began over 30 years ago with his position as a Photographic Systems Specialist in the United Stated Air Force.
Director of Engineering - James Welsh, CTS-D
James joined ADTECH Systems in 2003, bringing with him over a decade of industry-related experience and a reputation of excellence. James facilitates all aspects of the A/V design process to meet - and often exceed - ADTECH's clients' highest expectations. James has an extensive background in both the design and installation of professional recording studios, and Pro A/V systems integration. He holds an AS degree in Electrical Engineering and a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Systems Integration Manager - David Crepeau
David joined ADTECH Systems in August of 2000. Tapping into his numerous years of management experience within the audio-visual industry, David coordinates efforts for assigned installations and integration projects between all departments including engineering, sales, scheduling, inventory and installations. He also provides counsel, support and timely resolutions to field technicians' specific job requirements.
Systems Operations Manager - Helen Pudelko
Helen brings over 14 years of Pro A/V integration management experience to ADTECH Systems. She is responsible for the internal project management of installations. Her duties include the scheduling and coordination and of installations between clients and the company, as well as managing all post-installation services. Helen holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Emmanuel College.
Field Installations Manager - John Pioccone
John has over 23 years of hands-on Pro A/V industry experience. As ADTECH's Field Installations Manager, his responsibilities include overseeing and coordinating field installations. John monitors the progress of all installations and provides support and timely resolutions to field-specific job requirements. Additionally, John is a certified Crestron programmer with expertise in the design of intuitive user interfaces.
Service and Repair Department Manager - Kristine Egan
Kristine has over 20 years of management experience, with time spent in both the financial and Pro/AV industries. Her responsibilities as ADTECH's Service and Repair Department Manager include managing the department's day-to-day operations, overseeing client repair and support services, supervising the processing of repair orders and RMAs, and handling communications between the company and it's represented manufacturers.
