Service Contracts

ADTECH offers three levels of service plans for New England customers; bronze, silver and gold. Here is a brief summary of the benefits of each service plan.

Bronze Service Plan:

  • A guaranteed response times to problems — Within 2 hours for a call back and 24 hours for an on-site visit.
  • Unlimited on-site emergency visits.
  • All on-site, in-warranty repairs are covered for parts and labor including ADTECH technician time. All out-of-warranty repairs will be invoiced for parts and labor to repair defective equipment.
  • Loaners for all projectors covered under ADTECH's loaner/swap program are included.
  • Preventative maintenance visits are available as requested and billed out on a time and material basis.

Silver Service Plan:

  • A guaranteed response times to problems — Within 2 hours for a call back and 8 hours for an on-site visit.
  • Unlimited on-site emergency visits.
  • All on-site, in-warranty repairs are covered for parts and labor including ADTECH technician time. All out-of-warranty repairs will be invoiced for parts and labor to repair defective equipment.
  • System functionality guarantee
  • Unlimited scheduled training for all equipment
  • Loaners for all projectors covered under ADTECH's loaner/swap program are included.
  • Preventative maintenance visits, 1 per year.

Gold Service Plan:

  • A guaranteed response times to problems — Within 2 hours for a call back and 8 hours for an on-site visit.
  • 24 hour, 7 days a week pager service for emergencies
  • Unlimited on-site emergency visits.
  • All on-site, in-warranty repairs are covered for parts and labor including ADTECH technician time. All out-of-warranty repairs will be invoiced for parts only. Labor is covered.
  • System functionality guarantee
  • Unlimited scheduled training for all equipment
  • Loaners for all projectors covered under ADTECH's loaner/swap program are included.
  • Preventative maintenance visits, 1 per year.
