Service Contracts
ADTECH offers three levels of service plans for New England customers; bronze, silver and gold. Here is a brief summary of the benefits of each service plan.
Bronze Service Plan:
- A guaranteed response times to problems — Within 2 hours for a call back and 24 hours for an on-site visit.
- Unlimited on-site emergency visits.
- All on-site, in-warranty repairs are covered for parts and labor including ADTECH technician time. All out-of-warranty repairs will be invoiced for parts and labor to repair defective equipment.
- Loaners for all projectors covered under ADTECH's loaner/swap program are included.
- Preventative maintenance visits are available as requested and billed out on a time and material basis.

Silver Service Plan:
- A guaranteed response times to problems — Within 2 hours for a call back and 8 hours for an on-site visit.
- Unlimited on-site emergency visits.
- All on-site, in-warranty repairs are covered for parts and labor including ADTECH technician time. All out-of-warranty repairs will be invoiced for parts and labor to repair defective equipment.
- System functionality guarantee
- Unlimited scheduled training for all equipment
- Loaners for all projectors covered under ADTECH's loaner/swap program are included.
- Preventative maintenance visits, 1 per year.

Gold Service Plan:
- A guaranteed response times to problems — Within 2 hours for a call back and 8 hours for an on-site visit.
- 24 hour, 7 days a week pager service for emergencies
- Unlimited on-site emergency visits.
- All on-site, in-warranty repairs are covered for parts and labor including ADTECH technician time. All out-of-warranty repairs will be invoiced for parts only. Labor is covered.
- System functionality guarantee
- Unlimited scheduled training for all equipment
- Loaners for all projectors covered under ADTECH's loaner/swap program are included.
- Preventative maintenance visits, 1 per year.
